With a 24-hour front desk, this 5-star hotel is located in a quiet street in the heart of London. It offers valet and concierge services, and spacious bedrooms with Rik Rak by Kit Kemp bath products. Even though we were in the basement the room was bright , the soft furnishings are lovely the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless, staff were friendly ,great location !If you like a boutique hotel then its a good one.

This boutique luxury townhouse sits in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, a few minutes’ walk from Harrods. The hotel is in an excellent location. The lobby feels like a homey living room, and there is a selection of soft drinks, coffee, tea, as well as different periodicals to read. The room was on the smaller side but it is normal in London. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything one may need. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and it was accessible via stairs (there is an elevator stopping on 2nd floor). Some flights of stairs were quite steep, but it was not an issue for us. The wonderful staff helped with bringing luggage upstairs. We also enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea and tasty scones which were brought to our room. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.
