In the heart of London’s theatre district, the elegant Haymarket Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and is just next door to the Theatre Royal. Super friendly staff at reception, very nice lobby area to hang out. Buffet breakfast option included everything I felt like and was of exceptional quality. The room could not have been more pristine.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in, and I've been to more than 200 hotels. Excellent staff, extremely hospitable, they go the extra mile, attention to details is beyond the norm, rooms are nicely decorated, great amenities. It's the only hotel I've stayed in that have a professional gym membership next door as opposed to a small one in the basement. The hotel also has a guest-only lounge, rooftop bar, fine-dining restaurant, etc... It's a full package and the value for money is 100% there.

Thistle London Trafalgar Square is located on a quiet street just off London's lively Leicester Square. Everyone has a problem on occasion. The fan coil was not working and the room was too hot. The desk staff determined the cause and, when the motor had to be replaced, moved us to a bigger, better room. This was just one example of their staff going out of their way to make our stay pleasant: Giving us directions to the theatre, recommending best way to get back to the airport, helping us book an Uber ride. Wonderful people!
