The staff were exceptional everyone of them worked to make our stay an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I have an exceptional experience. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

The food and service are exceptional. The location is very central. Everyone was so willing to help and provide whatever we needed. I can not imagine a better hotel anywhere.

Very clean Perfect housekeeping. Good soundproofing. Quality coffee (capsule) and tea in the room. Full sized toiletries ( natural, vegan, cruelty free). Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.

Londra'nın merkezinde, Victoria Tren İstasyonu'na 200 metre mesafede yer alan Riu Plaza London Victoria'da fitness merkezi, restoran ve bar bulunmaktadır. Great location. The fact that is so close to Victoria Station made getting around very easy. The room was beautiful and well kept, super comfortable to rest after a long day sightseeing.

Her şeyi çok güzeldi. Odada her şey vardı. Metroya trene çok yakındı. Temizdi zevkli bir odaydı. Yatak da çok rahattı.
