We recently stayed with the amazing team at Sahibs Light House for one night with a very early check in and an extremely late check out with full use of our room until train to Varanasi. Local regional food was served with pride and many hours were spent discussing the cultural richness, traditions and complexities of India past, present and future. Would highly recommend Sahibs Light House as the ideal home away from home when exploring the awe inspiring Taj Mahal and sites of Agra.

The location was very quiet and the rooms were clean. When we asked, we got everything we needed, such as soap, straight away. We felt at home. Ketan fulfilled our every wish and treated us as if we were part of his family. We have never experienced such great hospitality. We would come back anytime and would give more than 10 stars if we could! We were also helped to organize a Taki to the Taj Mahal. And of course the home-cooked meal in the morning and the dinner in the evening will stay in our memories! Thank you for this awesome days!

Tajview – IHCL SeleQtions is a contemporary boutique hotel in the historic heart of Agra, with excellent connectivity to Delhi and Jaipur on India’s Golden Triangle. It was the best hotel in India we stayed and definitely value for money. We had excellent breakfast and dinner. Good service. Pool has a heating system, but unfortunately we could not use it due to time constraints. Special thanks for free extra bed for a kid.

The staff were very good. Check in was prompt and personalized . The breakfast staff were attentive and usually delivered what I requested . Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. Check out was effortless. The room was spacious and cozy with a puffy bed . Otherwise quiet . Bed was comfortable. Location was good ; easy distance to the Taj by taxi, plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of variety and good eggs-to-order. Hotel decoration was glamorous and always welcoming to return after a day of sight seeing. Thanks Team Regenta
