Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The whole atmosphere at Taj is wonderful. Staff are so nice and helpful with all needs. We like the poolside/patio very much. Just sitting there in the evening relaxing is perfekt. And take a late swim in the dark. We also appreciate that we could stay at the hotel using the facilities during the last day, when we had a late flight. That was so nice.

Great location in Colaba district, beautiful rooms in an old renovated building and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and profesional.

Ideally located in the center of Mumbai, Hotel Antique - Colaba is within a few steps of Colaba Causeway and a 16-minute walk of Gateway of India. The staff was super friendly and we got free water every day and chai delivered to our room. It was also possible to extend the stay by a few nights and the hotel has a very good location.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel near the Gateway of India. The hotel faces the harbor and you can get great view from the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is also served. (Psst ask for the masala omelette) Staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

The Gordon House Hotel is located within 1969 feet from the iconic Gateway of India, the National Gallery of Modern Art and Prince of Wales Museum. Free WiFi access is available. The location was exceptional, close to so many sights for tourists, restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfast was great...I loved the selection of Indian breakfasts, while my husband ate his usual continental breakfast and eggs. Our room was on the 4th floor, was clean, comfortable, close to the elevator. It's size was more than sufficient for the 2 of us who just wanted to lay our heads in a clean bed after doing a day full of activities. It had a kettle for coffee & tea and a fridge to keep our bottled water chilled.

We loved our hotel, we had everything we needed and all staff were lovely, especially Samson in the reception. There was nothing he couldn’t do for us. If you need help with anything at all - ask Samson. We will be staying there again on our way back to Mumbai
