The staffs in hotel are very helpful. In my first night I complained about the size of an extra bed, because in my opinion it was small and don’t fit appropriately an adult. In this regard, the manage (Rita) makes everything to resolve the problem. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness which we were treat by the hotel’s mange. After my complaints, they offers us another room for my mother, because at that time they didn’t have any room with a bigger extra bed, and the day after that we got a room upgrade. Our experience in NH hotel was very good, as always. I highly recommend this hotel.
