The location is good (despite the distance to the tourist attractions of Rome). The host provided useful information.

The place is really nice, plenty of room for everyone (we were 4 adults and 1 baby of 2 years). You can get to town also by metro, at 15-20min distance. You can find near by a small market, a coffee shop with really nice croissants.

La dimora dei Cedri Argentati offers accommodations in Rome, a 12-minute walk from Laurentina Metro Station and 1.5 miles from EUR Fermi Metro Station. clean, nice owner, was available all time. not far from a very good dinning place, very close to main subway station. washing machine, dryer are the same machine took time to understand:)

Offering a garden, Barzo Apartment features accommodations in Rome. The apartment is located in a quiet street about 500 meters from the terminus of the metro line B (Laurentina). Travel time to the center of Rome is about 25 minutes. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a department store, a bakery, a pharmacist and some good restaurants (for example Stile Osteria). The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a large living room with terrace, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is air conditioning in the living room. The Wifi functioned well. The owner is very friendly. On our arrival he offered us a box of chocolates. He had also provided a sufficient supply of capsules for the coffee machine at no extra charge. On our departure, he took us to the airport on payment of a proper fee which we offered to him ourselves.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the host is truly amazing to provide information on your needs. Property is so clean and I love how they designed the place.

Prato Smeraldo Apartment offers accommodations in Rome, 1.7 miles from Laurentina Metro Station and 2.4 miles from EUR Fermi Metro Station. As people say, Images can be deceiving. This property exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful stay. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect too. It was spotless when we arrived and the host was very friendly. Would 100% recommend this stay for anyone who is travelling to Rome.
