Housekeeping was great, all staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Easy to get the bus or metro and only 10 mins from termini.

Roma Room is a 3-star hotel, near Rome's university area and a 2-minute walk from Policlinico Metro Station on line B. All rooms come with an LCD TV. Free WiFi is available throughout. Room with terrace was amazing. Quite, with amazing view to the garden and magnolia tree. Very pleasant to sit in the evening watching parrots. No warries that breakfast is not included - there is good shop on the corner and small restaurant place nearby. We went with metro to the city center to eat - 15 minutes of travel. Metro is very good located. Host is very welcoming and friendly, they detailed explained all our questions.
