Hotel La Pergola offers guest rooms with free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Located in a quiet residential area of Rome, it is well linked to Termini Station. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro that runs directly through the city center. The front desk staff members were exceptional. There was a fine gentleman called Sergio, he was the most helpful. Not only I would give him 10 out of 10, but also recommend a pay raise for him. The room was very big and had a modern bathroom.

Staid at this hotel for two days during the new year's celebrations in Rome, I was very pleased with the service and facility, so much so that it felt wrong not to write a review. Arrived at the hotel the day of the 30th and was able to park my car really close to the entrance, the hotel offers inside parking but is based on availability and I didn't take advantage of this feature... Fortunately it seemed like they are located in a quiet residential area of the city, and although difficult, some parking was available pretty much always. I ended up using the public transport most of the time but it was nice knowing the car was right there if needed. Check-in was pretty straight forward, the clerk was nice, efficient and very prepared. She provided information on the facility itself and also on how to move around Rome during our stay. Moving around a city is always difficult, the tips she gave us for the public transport were very much appreciated. The room was cozy and clean with all the standard features, the staff had also left a bottle of "spumante" in the room as a thank you for choosing them for our new year's stay. The bathroom was also very clean and nice, not too spacious but just fine for 2 people and everything was in its place... Breakfast was really nice, all the classics were present: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese, jams etc. It was also nice to see items only seen in higher end hotels like: hard boiled eggs, different types of "cornetti" (croissants), cakes and more. Breakfast staff was excellent! The place is clearly very nice and very well kept, but for my experience the best feature of the structure was the staff! A very efficient and well assembled team that went above and beyond to provide a great service. I have worked in a "Best Western" in the past and that's why I continue choosing this chain.

Hotel Aniene se nahaja v mirnem zelenem delu Rima, 10 min vožnje s podzemno železnico od železniške postaje Termini. I loved that it was a quiet place to stay. The staff AMAZING from check-in to check - out. breakfast was also great. I felt at home here. It was safe! although it was quite far from the center, i didn’t mind taking the train. fast and easy.

Room and inventory were almost as new. Breakfast was versatile and served timely. Kitchen was tidy and functional. Very friendly and communucative hosts. Lots of light and wall power plugs. WiFi had good speed and signal.

The apartments looks actually like in photos. Very clean and comfortable. There is all you need to living without any problems. Location is also great. 5 minutes from bus stop and it's easy to reach all destinations that you want. Many restaurants, small shops and supermarkets in area.

He went above and beyond printing documents for me. He immediately responded to a small issue related to the keys. The place was super cute, clean and very comfortable! Thank you, Francesco!!

We had a wonderful stay at these excellent apartments. The hosts were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and everything was to our liking.
