This is my usual hotel that I stay in Osaka since their day of Chuo ward hotel due to the conveniences, value for money, and very nice staffs. This new renovated hotel is even better with new rooms and decors. Highly recommended!

Big and clean room. Very nice view. Hotel staff was speaking good English which is not common in Japan.

The location was really convenient, the train/subway station was close and there was a convenience store connected to the hotel which was very practical. The staff was really nice.
