The hotel is still very new, super clean, large rooms by Japan standards, especially the bathroom, amazing view. Nice being able to control the lights from the bed. Aircon was really good. Plenty of power outlets and USB outlets. Very fast wifi. All of the staff were lovely. Location was great on the quieter side of Omiya. It was only a 5 minute walk to Omiya station.

The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!

I really like the cleanness of the hotel and the welcome drinking session. It would be better if the welcome drinking session is available in the morning. The public bathroom is also great and very clean. They provide Dyson hair dryers. They also provide free lotion, toothpaste, etc.

Attractively situated in the Omiya Ward district of Saitama, Toyoko Inn Saitama Shintoshin is situated less than 1 km from Saitama Super Arena, 11 km from Saitama Stadium 2002 and 13 km from SKIP CITY... Location is fine. As a Muslim, the cafeteria offer a limited choice of food so I could only take the basic ones, rice, fruits, yogurts and salad. Also egg. However, since the location of the hotel is nearby to the Family Mart, 7-Eleven and Cocoon, so we have more choices and easy to buy groceries from there.
