We adored our time here and felt completely relaxed. You could opt to stay here for the delicious breakfast buffet alone - featuring rotating Japanese foods as well as Western food, coffee, tea, and cute little pastries (milk buns are best!). However the staff and location set this spot apart in our opinion. Check in was simple, friendly, and the staff were fluent in english. However the staff at breakfast were extra kind. They explained everything to us from the process of timing, to some fun casual chats with them about our stay. It was so sweet. They asked if we had enough food, if we were cold (I had a short sleeved shirt on), and told us to take our time. We had a room on the third floor that overlooked the delightful little bamboo grove. Highly recommend relaxing in the chairs among those shoots if you have time. Everything was very clean. Location is truly 2 minutes from the nearest train station. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Excellent value for money in this classy spot.

Attractively located in the Koto Ward district of Tokyo, ulu Tokyo is set 500 metres from Shibusawa Eiichi Taku Monument, 700 metres from Site of Mutsu Munemitsu Residence and 500 metres from Shinkawa... This hotel is really modern, I think they only renovated the building recently and it shows, it’s immaculate with all new fixtures and fittings. The staff were also super kind and helpful, they speak great english and were welcoming from check in to check out. Decent location, not too far from a few different subway stations so you can get anywhere in Tokyo rather easily. Really lovely gem.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake is situated in Tokyo, 2.1 km from Odaiba Beach and 1.5 km from Tokyo Water Science Museum. We stayed for 3 nights and location was perfect for us. Shopping center almost in the same building with big food court. Train station short walk away (very comfortable walk way to the station, so easy to walk with heavy luggage). Bus stop nearby with bus that took us directly to Tsukiji Fish Market in 20 min, from where we just walked to Ginza. Taxi from Ginza to hotel 18-20$, from Haneda Airport hotel has shuttle bus, but we arrive at night so took taxi in the airport 45$ only, 30 min drive. We loved location and thinking to stay here ok our last night before traveling again. Room is little small, but we fit 3 luggages and was no problem for us. Amenities like coffee/tea/vanity kit/sponge etc you can take from the lobby, we found it very comfortable to take what we need only. In the room they have shampoo, shower gel and dental kit.
