Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The location is perfect, very close to China Town, beautiful ocean view where we can see the cruise ship that we just disembark. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is outstanding. Chief concierge, Ms Ikue Sato and concierge Ms Kaeko Kono were very professional, helpful and answered everything we’ve asked. They are the best of them all. Thank you!!

This place was very nice, flash, clean and super friendly staff. We caught taxi to the city only cost us a total of 20,000 yen for taxis to get around town. I would 100% recommend this place to stay with friends and family.

Dotato di un bar, l'Hyatt Regency Yokohama si trova a Yokohama, nella regione di Kanagawa, a 500 m dalla Torre Marittima di Yokohama e a 4,3 km da Sankeien. Tutto era eccellente. Il servizio è attento, la pulizia è profescionalmente perfetta , e la colazione è tantisdine varie della scelta che abbia mai avuto ma sono buonissimi . La cena è una fusione tra cucina creativa e classica senza esagerare. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e le abilità dello chef erano eccellenti. (non solo ingredienti tipoci giapponesi . ad esempio tartufo bianco (mi credo che da alba piemonte ) qualita alta in autunno) se cerco una cosa che vorrei dire è che sarebbe perfetto , se la lista dei vini avesse più varietà di vino giapponesi eccelenti e champagne artigianale . Il bar era cordiale ma professionale e avevano capace per far deliziosi cocktail classico. Le camere sono completamente attrezzate e molto bella archetettura , con tutti i tipi di comfort e i bagni hanno un'atmosfera calda e lussuosa. Ottima anche la pasticceria al piano di sotto! Questo è un hotel in cui ritornerei sicuramente. (Sono giapponese che vivo a Milano.)

The location is also excellent: It is near the Yokohama bay and other popular locations, while also being just next to a metro station from where you can reach most of the city and also of Tokyo.
