Yongpong Resort Dragon Valley Hotel is located at the foot of Yongpyong ski slopes, the venue for upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics alpine skiing games. This review is for Yongpyeong Resort - Dragon Valley Hotel. Good hotel reception gave us the most pleasant experience. Our booking was at the end of February this year. For that booking, we had the apartment, but we arrived hotel by transport. The initial arrangement, the front desk reception, (nice gentleman which looks similar to "Yan can cook" celebrity chef looks like) the gentlemen - unfortunately we can't remember his name as we don't speak good Korean. This nice and kind gentlemen have helped guide us to the apartment under the same umbrella. He also offered to upgrade us to a hotel as we had kids around, but we politely declined the offer as we booked the apartment. We had arrived at the apartment to check in but it was very unsafe to get to the apartment due to we need to push the stroller along the road, but overall the apartment it was a very nice accommodation either. We decided to go back to the hotel front desk to look for help. Once again it is that nice gentlemen who saw that we were push a stroller with a 2 years old girlgudp. He persisted in arranging a room for us, even though it was the extreme peak of the March bank holiday in South Korea – everyone was there for skiing. We were very grateful to him for his kind and welcoming personality who helped us find the room and change our booking from apartment to hotel. The hotel room is more expensive than the apartment and he tries allocate us a room that does not incurring too much cost to us. We manage to have the change of booking from the apartment to the hotel room and we have an extremely pleasant stay in the hotel. Also kudos to the night front desk lady who is so fluent in English, with her help, we were able to find our way to the alpaca farm with ease. Overall, the stay at this hotel is extremely nice and we enjoyed the skiing experience. The whole trip to Yongpeong is wonderful and we will be glad to be back again. our sincere appreciate for the kind front desk staffs.

Located only 0.8 mi from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, AM Hotel offers guests with a comfortable accommodations with a variety activities to do such as skiing and hiking. I totally enjoyed my stay here in AM hotel. The hotel services are superb and the staffs here are kind and easy to communicate. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my future visit!

Conveniently located in the Daegwallyeong-myeon district of Pyeongchang, Hotel the maru is located a 13-minute walk from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, 700 yards from Hoenggye Bus terminal and 2.2 miles... Large comfortable room. Pizza and beef in a front of the hotel, coffee in a opposite side. Nice view. 15 minutes to the slopes by car, a lot of rentals on the way

Terrace on the Cloud is located in Daegwallyeong and offers self-catering units with a terrace and free WiFi. A continental breakfast is available each morning at the holiday home. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He provided everything that we have requested.

Soop And Soop Pension is set in Pyeongchang , 3.1 mi from Seonjaryeong. Alpensia Resort is 5 mi away. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site. Mr Kim and his family are very helpful. He will arrange the ski and snowboard coaches and equipment for us. His house is near to town and the taxi ride from town to his house is about 8000 won.

Holiday Inn Resort Alpensia Pyeongchang offers direct access to ski slopes in winter and to the private 27-hole golf course in summer. The Location of the hotel is strategic as it is near Alpensia Ski House (entrance to the Ski Park), about 5 min walk. Room is spacious. The hotel is located better compared to the other 4-Start hotel. Hotel room card provides 30% discount for ski equipment rental. There is only one Ski House that provides ski clothes, equipment and coach rental services. It is less convenient when coaches are fully booked.
