We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

Safe, central location, not in the Medina where it's difficult to walk around after dark. Did need to buy a bottle opener, but hardly a complaint. Definitely would stay here again.

Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, it was the perfect space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Every amenity we could think of was available, enhancing our overall experience. As for the service, it was nothing short of impeccable. The staff members are both professional and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist or offer recommendations. It's rare to find such a combination of efficiency and warmth, and it really elevated our stay to something memorable. The breakfast was, quite literally, the cherry on top of a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful, and I would like to especially commend Khaoula from the reception. Her kindness and professionalism made my stay exceptionally pleasant.
