The location is honestly amazing and right in the centre of everywhere you want to visit. The hospitality was really good and made our experience in Marrakech more enjoyable. I want to thank Samira for making us feel very welcomed and being very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying in this villa!

Everything was perfect : location (in the center of Medina) so, we can go to visit several times per day,even was extremelly hot.We can see and feel medina day and night,and that's the spirit of Marrakech. Rooms are very good,very clean,with all facilities you want. We had a junior suite and it had 2 bathrooms !!! Breakfast was very good,pool very nice,friendly staff and very helpfull. We will be back for sure. If you want to stay in a Ryadh with extremely good conditions and also to be in the center of Medina,that's the perfect place !

El Dar Habiba se encuentra en Marrakech, a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza de Yamaa el Fna. El establecimiento cuenta con WiFi gratuita en las zonas comunes. We have travelled all over for years and can honestly say this place was our favourite of all. The Riad is absolutely stunning, and the staff look after you so well. Everyone is so lovely and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was wonderful and we loved having it on the roof terrace. Location is great too, near everything but tucked away in a peaceful street. Wish we could have stayed longer. Book this Riad - you will love it. Thank you for everything 😊

Truly breathtaking place to spend 5 days (as we did) in the heart of Marrakesh surrounded by great collection of contemporary art in it and sleek interior design. The food - breakfast or lunch/dinner was exceptional, one of the the best we tried in Morocco! The SPA experience with traditional hammam was amazing. We felt like at home, surrounded by coziness of this modern Riad and warmth of staff. Grateful for unforgettable stay in IZZA and ready to highly recommend it!
