Everything was excellent: the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the conditions of the hotel were superb, the two swimming pools are awesome to relax after a day of walking and visiting the city, and the room was amazing. Truly a 5-star experience.

This riad was amazing and very comfortable! The location is honestly amazing and right in the centre of everywhere you want to visit. The hospitality was really good and made our experience in Marrakech more enjoyable. Perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Well-maintained and beautifully decorated riad. Very accommodating staff. Rashid and his colleagues went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Situated in the Medina of Marrakech, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It has two swimming pools in the garden and a spa. Exceptional hotel, very authentic and iconic of “old” luxury hotels. Food at the main restaurant and the pool restaurant was fantastic, the best we had in Marrakech. The spa facilities are great and compared to other options great value for money. Fantastic location to visit the old town and go out at night.

Truly breathtaking place to spend 5 days (as we did) in the heart of Marrakesh surrounded by great collection of contemporary art in it and sleek interior design. The food - breakfast or lunch/dinner was exceptional, one of the the best we tried in Morocco! The SPA experience with traditional hammam was amazing. We felt like at home, surrounded by coziness of this modern Riad and warmth of staff. Grateful for unforgettable stay in IZZA and ready to highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent, from the location to the rooms and not forgetting the staff. Adam went above and beyond for us and we just want to thank him again via this platform for the amazing service that he provided during our stay. & we can't forget Youssef, who also made sure we were good at all times. The location was also great, as it is buried in the heart of the medina. Each room with its own soft neutral eye-catching decor. The atmosphere was very serene and tranquil, which is much needed after all the hustle and bustle in the medina. We truly enjoyed our vist and would highly recommend.
