Location of the hotel is very good, close to public transportation. The room was clean and very pleasant. The staff was kind, flexible and very friendly, you will immediately feel very comfortable. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check-in early and offered free breakfast. We were not mistaken in choosing this hotel and will recommend it to everyone.

Great staff, delicious and various breakfast , clean and cozy room (free water, coffee and tea daily) and excellent location near to the metro station. For me this wonderful staff made me feel home… I travel constantly, and this was the first time I felt this psychological comfort. They are very professional in their work, but at the same time they are cheerful, hospitable and welcoming. All of them are just great, the reception staff, the administrative staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning crew … all of them!!! They helped us in anything we needed, offered us coffee and tee whenever we were sitting in the reception area, my three years daughter loved them all! She was running every morning to say good-morning to them, and daily they were waiting for her with chocolate, candies and small gifts !!!!!!! I feel like having second family now in Turkey

Taxi's charge alot so public transportation is the best option and for that DD yenikepi is the Best. We had room at 4th flour with the partial sea view, which was awesome and Istanbul was quiet cold, but the room was very warm, warm water was available all time, and satellite tv has variety of channels which I enjoyed...the hotel reception kept our luggage for few hours after check-out...they helped out us with everything around. i totally recommend this amazing hotel and will definitely here again.. plus loads of street food ,and shopping options r just around the corner. Breakfast was bit boring but for all other services it can be ignored.
