The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with a warm welcome and professional service throughout our stay. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. Many attractions, such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, were nearby, allowing us easy access to the city. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was abundant and diverse, offering us a selection of local and international dishes. In summary, our experience at Rayelin Hotel Istanbul Old City Special Category was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope to return soon!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady came and cleaned the room every day and it was very important as we were staying with small kids. We were treated very well by all the staffs. The breakfast was a plus point with so many different options, and all the food items were fresh and hot. The desserts were also delicious. The receptionists were always ready to help. Altogether a nice place for a family booking.

The hotel manager treated us like family, a great conversation over a cup of coffee and he was nice to let us check out late.
