Located in Fengshan District, Kaohsiung, Royal Gold Hotel is a nice choice providing cozy accommodations and excellent service. It was a nice stay, high end of normal in European standard. It was clean, classical decor, we had everything we needed in the room. Possibility to do laundry in the basement floor. Restaurant at the lobby floor. Compared to other hotels that charge a lot for an unpleasant experience - this one felt like a very good taste for decent price. Thank you!

NL Concept Hotel is just a minute’s walk from Fengshan Railway Station. Featuring boutique-style rooms, it also offers free bike rentals, complimentary Wi-Fi access. The breakfast and location were both good.

It was ok, not more than that. Typical Love Hotel with condoms on display and one free sex channel. Located in a quiet area a bit in between airport and city. Convenience shop is nearby, about 20 min walk to next MRT station. II arrived late night at midnight and hotel was staffed even after midnight. Friendly staff (no or very little english spoken). A small breakfast buffet for free mainly with toast/bread, jam, typical chinese overboiled eggs.

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. He let us enter the hostel early to drop our stuff off, and because our room was already ready, he let us go into the room. He also offered us bbq that night.
