We stayed 11 nights in the guest house. Bobylem gave us a warm welcome with a lovely message and a few drinks in the fridge. The guest house is super equipped with high quality appliances especially in the kitchen. Everything you need for everyday use was available - even in the bathroom. The cameras gave us a feeling of security. The lane to the guest house is quite narrow but was easy to manage even with an SUV. Uber drivers also found it easily. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. When the Dodgers were playing the area was sometimes a bit crowded but it was still easy to get around. If we didn't live so far away - we would like to come back more often. :-)

Loved the small touches of facilities eg. keypad doors so you don't need keys, lockers for convenience, hipster drip coffee maker, fridge and comfy bed. Great WiFi for those needing to work remotely. Shared kitchen space and porch perfect for longer business stays.

The location of the property is outstanding. Close to the downtown, Dodgers stadium and beautiful echo park lake.

Located just 12 minutes' drive from Hollywood Universal Studios, The smoking free Lexmar - Dodger Stadium Hollywood offers only non-smoking rooms with free WiFi. Location, and great Echo Park near. Price was totally worth it

Set on the famed Sunset Boulevard and only minutes from popular Los Angeles attractions, including Chinatown, this city centre hotel provides a free daily breakfast and in-room microwaves and... Wow - I've stayed at many hotels from 1 star to 5 star hotels. Not sure what this was rated, but I'd give it a solid 3 stars. If it had a pool and a gym and free parking, I'd rate it even higher. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. They were quite responsive to our requests to clean room 2x while we stayed there 5 nights. We needed extra towels each day and this was not a problem for them. Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate and quite large. Was surprised to see a combo bathtub/shower as most hotels have ditched bathtubs. The TV worked well as did the Internet.
