Very kind and go the extra mile for you. Our stay exceeded our expectations and is a little hidden gem. Highly recommend.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, New Contemporary Guest House in Studio City Hills is set in Los Angeles. Very clean, perfectly aligned with the pictures place, fully equipped kitchen also with coffee, sugar and a large choice of spices, so you can cook at home if you wish, beyond comfortable bed. The neighborhood is safe and nice, but mind that you would probably need a car if you plan to visit the city and not only stay around the studios. The host, Julia, is just an amazing and kind person. She came over in the first evening after we checked in, shared some tips for our trip, even prepared a full day itinerary for us ♥️ moreover, she took us for a quick ride in the neighborhood showing some of the scenic viewpoints. Very clean and very nice. Plenty of room for a large group. There is arc and mini fridge in each room and a bathroom on each floor it made for a very convenient stay. Thank you for the coffeemaker! I liked the hot shower. I read some reviews about it being cold. I was worried about that. I let the water run for a few minutes in the shower and it stayed hot the entire time. Location is easy to travel from. Neighborhood is nice in studio city. CBS Studios is across the street.
