Located close to SoHo, Tribeca and West Village neighborhoods, guests at Arlo Soho will find many dining and shopping destinations within easy reach. One World Trade Centre is 1.6 km from Arlo Soho. Modern hotel right at the outskirts of Soho with a very amicable staff although very busy all the time. The zone is rather quiet and safe with metro stations nearby. The room is somewhat small but confortable and clean. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so no comment about this.

Located in SoHo, an area known for fashion, art and shops, this hotel offers two bars and a restaurant on-site. Guests can enjoy views of the city from the rooftop. The location was brilliant for the avid shopper as the designer stores of Soho are steps away from the hotel door. The room had an amazing view to the south of the city and was just the right size for us. The hotel has a cool, arty vibe but still has the authentic New York feel. In room dining for breakfast was brilliant and they have a fine selection available - with very prompt and polite service. Kristy at the Main Reception was particularly helpful and provided us with numerous wonderful recommendations. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect to reach everywhere (we like to walk when we travel). I loved my view of the Hudson River (such beautiful colours in the morning & evening). The location is also very nice and safe. At the reception, you can always ask for water. My mother and I loved Hotel Hugo and we will come back here if we come back to NYC!
