They were also very mindful of accommodating my need for gluten free food. The house specialty beef stew at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Totally worth the walk away from the Camino - and they have a short and well marked path that goes down to Deba straight from the farm rather than having to go all the way back to the traditional Camino.

We wanted to spend the day on the beach to relax and unwind after so much travelling but didn't have any towels, having asked them if we could borrow a couple they were happy to oblige. Nice, simple but very healthy breakfast. Rooms were very clean with lovely comfortable beds. Took a fabulous photo of the sun coming up over the hills and above the clouds at 6.30am.

The house and place is lovely, relaxed and has all you need for a nice vacation. The Basque Country has my heart and I aim to come back, and when I do then I would love to stay here again. Also the area and nature around Casa Rural Goikola is just stunning. There's so much to explore and be curious about!
