A lovely welcome on arrival to our cosy and comfortable room. Breakfast served in the farmhouse was fabulous too. This is a perfect little place in a great location for airport or NEC. Super friendly hosts and obviously a family run establishment.

The rooms are well-fitted and clean with all facilities. In the cold snap during winter, they were warm and comfortable. The owners were professional, friendly and helpful. Handsome horses checking you in from their stables. A lovely farmhouse hosts breakfast. Highly recommended.

A really lovely farm house B and B with welcoming host and a charming atmosphere. The rooms are quite basic but very tidy and really comfy beds. If you like animals its a real bonus as they have cats and horses close to the rooms!

Location was excellent for our business trip, very close to the NEC which was ideal. Rooms warm and very comfortable. Camila was an excellent host and cooked a lovely breakfast. The breakfast room was in the main farmhouse and was very homely.

A lovely farmhouse in a countryside setting on the doorstep of the NEC and Birmingham Airport where the guests can be on nodding acquaintance with the farm's horses and patting acquaintance with the farm's cats. 12th century St. Peter's Church almost next door, contact them to visit, and 30 minutes pleasant walk to a great pub/restaurant "The Boat ". Camilla was the perfect hostess, she lives there too.

Highly recommend this lovely farm accommodation. A great location for visiting Resorts World. Well presented stable block conversion, though still part of a riding stable. Rooms were clean well furnished rooms, beds comfortable. Owner friendly, helpful with an excellent breakfast in a beautifully appointed farmhouse dining room.
