The kids got to drive in the tractor to feed the cows, groom the ponies, and go for a ride in the pony trap. The hosts were very friendly and happy to chat with us about the farm. The apartment was well equipped, including some of those things that it’s so annoying when self-catering venues don’t have (eg hand soap and hand towels). The pool was great, SAFELY FENCED (which is rare in holiday lets, IMexperience), and warm enough for the kids to enjoy evening swims after we got back from our day’s excursions.
