Agriturismo Poggio Degli Ulivi features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Bomarzo, 43 km from Duomo Orvieto. I am still thinking about our stay at this place!! At first I wasn’t sure whether to book here but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was really clean and had everything needed. We were given a lot of breakfast items (just like in their photos) which we snacked on even days later. The highlight of our stay was the private patio outside our room which offers a beautiful view at sunrise. I’m not sure whether the room was what we originally booked or if we were given an upgrade. Make sure to book the room with the patio (it’s worth paying more). And also make sure to wake up early to see the sunrise. I promise you its worth it 😍 The accommodation also has sheep and it was so nice spending some time with them before checking out ❤️ I also really appreciated how they take recycling seriously. However, just a tip to the owner… it would be better to have shared recycling bins instead of having them in every room to reduce plastic waste. But other than that, thank you for being mindful of the environment!

The property is gorgeous, and well taken care of, the service is impeccable. Thanks to Livia, Ricky and Alicia for all of their help and attention to my husband and I every step of the way!!! If you are looking for some real relaxation at a beautiful and modern hotel, with touches of an island feel right in Italy, then this is most definitely it! We will be back.

Located in Maenza and only 40 km from National Park of Circeo, La fattoria di Carlotta provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The couple that manages the property were very nice and accommodating. They help us host a beautiful dinner for our extended family in the area...and the food...especially the products they produce on the farm...was delicious.
