From the friendliness at the reception, actually from the doorman, across all the staff I was happy to get in touch with, to the friendliness of a Susan in the morning when entering the breakfast-restaurant, and every day throughout the day until the same anhingt welcome the next morning, it’s a great, very friendly, very taking care… it feels the team doesn’t only appear like a big family but also feel themselves to be that big family taking care of their guests. I expected a lot, as this specific Radisson was a recommendation of a friend of mine, and high expectations were even exceeded.

The private pool was a particular highlight, providing a refreshing respite from the warm weather. We also appreciated the availability of 24 hour golf carts, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. ‏For those who enjoy sports, there were also paddle and tennis areas available, as well as a children's pool for families with kids. The golf area was also fantastic, with a great course that was well-maintained and enjoyable to play on. ‏But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we encountered was always smiling and eager to help, especially Jassim, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
