The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the host very nice. Given the fact that we arrived pretty late in the night we thought it was gonna be difficult to settle, but in reality it was pretty easy. The area is very quiet and welcoming, it was the best place to relax and enjoy some free time from the noise of the big citties. We also got great recommendations to eat in town and the host was very eager to help us have the best experience. Everything was great!

The hotel was surpricingly good. Clean, welcoming stuff, outgoing. The location is great. Close to everything in the city. For this price didnt saw better. Thumbs up!

Location very good, very nice garden, silent and peaceful. The room was comfortable, with AC. There was kitchenette and place to dry clothes. Everything as described, clean and comfy. Fully recommended!

Great hotel! Owners are caring, humane and responsible. Attentive to the guests, help in all issues that arise. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and for a moderate fee. Old town, beaches, entertainment - all close by. Thank you for a pleasant acquaintance and a good rest! I will gladly recommend to friends.

Upon planning my trip to Bulgaria via booking.com, I had read reviews of so many hotels, guest houses, apartment complexes, and villas in the Nessebar area and even further (Byala, Ravda, Sunny Beach etc.). But this guest house truly had the best reviews and the best price range for us! The guest house was super fast when responding to customers, and always in a polite manner. Always. We had the pleasure to get to know the owner himself, as he picked us up from the Burgas Airport in the middle of the night! Any special requests were easy to arrange - for example our lovely cleaning lady Albena let us choose when we needed cleaning (we like our privacy as Finnish people hehe). Our room was very tidy and nice, appliances worked as promised, and the bed was so big and comfy (opinions may vary on this - it's a subjective opinion after all) This guest house really was our second home away from home! The location was also nice - not far from stores, attractions, beaches etc, but quiet and peaceful. We only travelled the area by foot or public transport for further locations. We liked to do our own thing and come and go as we pleased, so this place worked wonderfully (i.e., high-maintenance and all-inclusive tourists: stay away lol) Thank you again Guest House Maria!!!. We miss you already, and hope to see you soon again.

This property is in an excellent location. Directly between Nessebar old town and sunny beach. They are both walking distance. The neighbourhood right outside the door is lively with lots of shops and restaurants. The host is lovely and helpful and the place is spotless!!

Los anfitriones son muy amables y simpáticos, el hotel está en el casco antiguo en una zona muy tranquila y a la vez cercana a las calles de restaurantes y tiendas. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas impresionantes del mar y la bahía. Hay dos playas muy cercanas, a cinco minutos caminando por preciosas calles empedradas. Hay un aparcamiento grande y muy próximo al hotel. Nos volveríamos a alojar aquí sin duda.
