The appartment is in an excellent location close to the city center. A supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, hence I did not try the breakfast in the Villa which can be ordered on request. The villa is located in a quiet street and the landlady and staff are very nice and always helpful. Rooms are freshly refurbished, well equipped, and nice. There is a living room and a small garden to be used and a fully equipped kitchen. I can only highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sofia.

I would like to thank the hotel receptionist lady. There was a problem with the buses on my girlfriend's return. With her help we found a solution. She helped a lot. Thank you so much. Good place. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely place, greeted with coffee and a wonderful map :) ... and they didn't want us to go without another cup of coffee, soo sweet!! Hope to stay here again! Everything we needed was there and it was comfortable and walking distance to everything.

The room and apartment are clean & comfortable, with very great view of the city. The staff is very helpful and resourceful. :) Helped me flexibly with different recommendations and arrangements. Everything is proper and clear. This is one of the most pleasant stays in my 20-day trip. If I am coming back to Sofia, will stay here again.

This place was a nice walk to the bus station and was in a quiet area of town. The room was extremely clean. Even though there was music in the restaurant below, I could not beat it on the room. I 100% recommend this place.

The owner was amazing. We were so lucky to meet such an amazing person out of the many people Bulgaria. He made my trip so much better, and we have had the best stay at his apartment. The owner is so helpful and kind he helped us rent a car and reach the airport. He didn’t leave us until he made sure we were safe. I will forever be grateful to him.
