Attentive person welcomed us. We travel as a family, which includes bikes and all, and that was not a problem. They provided an extra crib that my younger son loved (despite him being already 3yo!). It was also a short trip to the BMX circuit we were traveling too, so all good. There is a massive common area with an actual real theater row of seats and a big screen, a decently stuffed kitchen, and even a sauna (we didn't try). Really good overall.

Location is perfect. Ofc it depends on your preferences. Free tea and an array of different types of Coffee was nice. Value for money. Staff was nice and friendly- very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on location after checking out due to a later flight- alternatively there’s a lot of luggage hotels in the area for 8€. Free daily cleaning service if wanted. Easy access by code panel.

Most of all, we loved the excellent location and the over the top friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location allowed us to leave our car parked the entire visit and walk to the fort, a park nearby, fascinating neighborhoods, the beach, and restaurants. speaking of staff, thanks to the young man who went with us to park the car and always greeted us with a smile. Also, a special call out to Ines, who gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation, El Garaje!
