The rooms of the apartment have enormous glass panels and there are even chairs placed at the window so one can enjoy the view. It is absolutely quiet and the beds are comfortable, though on the short side. Definitely not 2,00m long. It wasn't a problem because we took the twin beds which were wide enough to compensate. The host was very helpful and even gave us a box of local sweets when we left!
