The location is 20 minutes walk from the main cinemas, as we were there for the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Our pension was nest to university accommodation which made it a very safe place. Plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

Everything is just great - the location is so central to the old town, Gros, the beaches as well as pink transport. Luis and everyone else at the front desk are exceptional and so helpful. The coffee machine at the reception area is just great for those early morning coffees and there is an elevator too - overall; I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, spacious. Great service from host + complementary goodies (water, soda , beer) . Close to the beach, close to bus station yo visit old town. Easy to find parking
