The owners are very friendly, extremely helpful, and they prepare wonderful breakfasts :) The location is ideal in case you have any business to do around the university area (it is less than 10 minutes of walking), but even if you want to visit downtown for a drink or some sightseeing, you may have a walk or catch one of the buses that have a stop almost in front of the guest house.
