Communication was fast and simple. The location is great - close to the train station and the center of the city. The room and bathroom were perfect. The communal kitchen was good too. We were able to keep our luggage after check out time for 5 euros for a suitcase. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and we will stay here if we are back in this beautiful city .

Our stay at b&b Marconi 49 was really great! Its handy location between the station and the historical center makes it ideal for travelers. The rooms were very nice, new and spotlessly clean. Wonderful! Nella was always ready to help with our every need, even the smallest problem got fixed right away. Thank you! Also a lot of thanks to the people of the bar at the ground floor where breakfast is served, they were really friendly and generous! In short, would definitely recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

My friend and I loved the place, mostly because even though it is an apartment it was set up to feel like a hotel. Also, the best part was that the rooms were made up daily really giving us the feel of being in a hotel. Really appreciated that.

The apartment was super clean and very beautiful, furnished with new and modern furniture. The possibility for self chech-in gives you flexibility regarding your arrival time. Annalia (the women from the staff) was very kind, super friendly, and open for any questions. Right in front of the building, there is a bus stop from where you can catch the bus and be in the city centre after few minutes. Spirito Divini (breakfast bar) oldfeshioned Italian bar with friendly staff.

Giovanni was a great host, so kind and helpful. Everything we could need was considered. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the location was very central ve convenient, walking distance to central train station. Giovanni gave us very useful tips about the city and made our stay way better than we expected. Definitely recommended.

Great location for sightseeing and with good restaurants/bars close to the building. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The basket with sweets and bottles of water was a good surprise! The bed was comfortable and clean, although our room was a bit small, but perfect for a quick stay. The option to leave our luggage after check-out to a really close to the apartment place was also nice!

We liked everything.The location was 15 -20 from Towers,and Piazza del Nettuno, by walking. When you are rhere use wats ap for communication with Marija,she is wonderful.The room was clean and comfortable.I am only sorry that we had different agenda and didn't go to the restorant.I recommend and for second visit 🙂🙂
