The location is spot on! The room was spotless and quiet. Beautiful ancient beams and a Tivoli radio in the bathroom. The possibility of making a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or night. The nice garden.The staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming.

Spare, functional, thoughtful amenities, chic. Everything was considered. The self-check-in, genius. The fantastic smell upon entering, inviting. The luggage lockers, so thoughtful. The clean spareness of the hall and rooms, tasteful. The art, sophisticated! The room was SPOTLESS and the climate was perfect, as it was so hot outside. The air-conditioner was CLEAN, which is RARE! The bathroom has an awesome towel rack, wall hooks, thick cotton squeeky clean ROBES and SLIPPERS!!! The SHOWER was a DOUBLE shower, so if you wanted to shower with your Honey, you could, which we didn’t, because we had our son with us. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks were left for us. The hotel has a great restaurant right below it in a very central location, with a taxi stand directly in front. It couldn’t have been more convenient. We rented bikes from Hotel Annunziata and we explored so much of Ferrara we never would have had the energy to cover on foot and cycling there is a blast! I can’t imagine having a better stay anywhere else. We highly recommend.

We loved the little balcony with the rooftop and castle views (room 6) which was great for an aperitvo before going out. Another plus was the kettle, fridge and tea and coffee sachets in the room, rarely found in Italian accommodation. Francesco was a great host and able to offer lots of useful information. He had also arranged 15% discounts with some local restaurants/pizzeria, one of which we took advantage of at 'La Rachetta'(would recommend). The accommodation is in a good location, only a lovely five-minute walk into centre of town via plentiful bars and coffee shops.

Everything was Terrific. The location is just off the main square so it's perfect for exploring in all directions. Less than a 20 minute easy (level) stroll from the train station. Excellent interactions with the friendly host Antonino - from prior messages through checking us in. On arrival he emailed info for restaurants etc. Large, comfortable, clean room - nice big shower. Communal kitchen off the hall for the rooms - kettle, fridge, coffee maker for pods - tons of choice for tea, espresso, bigger cups of coffee. For breakfast, we were given vouchers to go to one of 2 places practically next door to the B&B. Both days we ended up at the Pasticceria Cioccolateria Chocolat and they were Fantastic - the nicest barista's we encountered in our 2 week trip coupled with terrific hustle to serve the (understandable) crowds that pile through each morning. Pastries were far more creative (and filled with stuff!) than the usual croissant you get.

This is a lovely place and highly recommended. The room was nicely furnished in a homely way. There was air conditioning, a little balcony and a nice bathroom. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Breakfast was in the garden and was fantastic. Katerina is very friendly and a lovely host.
