The room was clean, tidy and the bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen upstairs was very clean and had many appliances as well as essentials for cooking. I had a very enjoyable evening cooking in that kitchen. Andre was very friendly in his messages and very responsive. The self- checkin and check out instructions were very clear and I had absolutely no issues with that.

Excellent stay! The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. We were able to use the kitchen, which was well equipped. There were 3 bathrooms, all very clean. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in town.

There is also a free parking near the accommodation (in front of the cemetery, about 300 m away). The city center is beautiful, not so touristic and it is definitely worth visiting. There are also at weekends street markets in the city center. If you are in the city, you should definitely visit the Civic Museums of Reggio Emilia (free entry) and the Teatro Municipale Reggio Emilia, where are often concerts or other events. Anyway, buying Parmesan at the market is a must, because it is really good.
