Everything. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, the place was kept very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were superb (shower, bidet, etc), the location was fantastic, the kitchen was extremely useful, the check-in and -out are well- thought out, the color coding of the rooms was artistic ......I could go on and on.

The location was great. It was close enough to the center of town and far enough to go exploring. The room was up to date and had very modern facilities, though in a historic building. The best of both worlds!

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed at. It exceeded our expectations. The location is more than perfect and the rooms are very beautiful and clean. It is obvious that great attention was paid to all details and decorations. Check-in was easy and we were even able to leave our luggage after we checked out because we wanted to do a last stroll around Siena. We will return for sure. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Alla Scala 1746.

Great location. The view from my room was incredible. Large room, comfortable bed. Private bathroom. The kitchen in case I wanted to eat at the apartment. There were people in the other rooms but it seemed pretty soundproof because I could only hear them if they were in the kitchen.

Amazing location, and huge apartment overlooking the piazza. We enjoyed sitting on the Balcony and walking on the city wall for sunset. Lots of cute restaurants up side streets.
