Really clean and very kind and nice staff. You can reach this pension by tram just 4-5 stations. And this pension is very close to the most famous Burger restaurant and observatory. I received a gift and that was really touching and thankful.. I would very recommend this pension when you stay in Hakodate!! Thank you so much

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!

It's close to attractions such as Mt. Hakodate. The owners were incredibly sweet and nice, and went above and beyond for us. If I ever go back to Hakodate, this will be the first place I want to stay.

The location next to the JR station and bus station in Hakodate was perfect, just 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and the sights were a short walk. The family that owned the hotel were welcoming, spoke English and were interested in my folding bike that I used to travel around town. The room was very nice, quiet and the futon extremely comfortable.

The location was amazing and the views! Our room was very spacious and had amazing views! We were thankful there was dedicated parking and we were able to do a load of laundry during our quick stay. The host was very kind and responsive to my questions. Honestly we loved this guest house and wished we were staying in the area longer! Definitely recommending my to anyone who will be in Hakodate area!
