The whole property is spotless, the owners take great care of all the rooms. The owner is very friendly. I had a great experience even I only stayed for 12 hours. The location is great, close to the train station for my early flight the next day, and close to many restaurants and shops.

Super clean, comfortable and lovely stay! Good location with easy access to subway, and staff responses kindly and promptly to all questions. They can also offer English support if you need. The AC unit and fan combo in this heat was perfection. Very strong! Would definitely stay here again anytime I needed to be in Osaka. Highly recommend!

There are some swings and a park (10 min walk from the guest house), which the kids loved. There are convenience stores near by. The price / quality is good. We were introduced in their house, with a drink and then introduced to our room and shared facilities. The owner picked us up, dropped us of to eat then dropped us of to go to the public bath and paid for it. And then also picked is up again (this was in the middle of the night). Very fortunate to have been here, unforgettable stay.
