People, do yourselves a favour and BOOK THIS HOSTEL. I am convinced that it is one of the nicest places to stay in Fez. The Riad courtyard is very very beautiful (I am talking palm trees and a fountain + Mosaik floors) and the Terrasse has a stunning view. The breakfast is very good and changes from day to day. Rooms are comfortable and clean. But most importantly the staff is the absolute best! One of us got sick while staying here and we could change into a single room without a problem (everybody was really kind and caring), we spontaneously prolonged our stay for another night (also no issues) and they helped us to plan our trip to the desert. They also offer a guided tour and several day trips… The hostel is located directly in the Medina but in a quiet street. Before arriving we received a detailed and very helpful explanation via text message on how to get there and they also offer a pick up service. Overall this is the perfect places for anyone looking for a place to feel at home at while exploring Fez and the places around it. Book it, you won’t regret it!! :)

We concluded our journey with this brand-new riad, which proved to be of utmost professionalism. Manager Aya was exceptionally attentive and kind. The Moroccan dinner on the terrace was a true delight, providing an unforgettable culinary experience. The ambiance of the riad was captivating, and the takeaway breakfast, generously offered due to our early departure, was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the airport transfer provided by the establishment was a thoughtful and valued gesture. I highly recommend this riad for an exceptional travel experience.

I loved everything about the place! We got a room upgrade and the staff was super nice and helpful. The room had a balcony that overlooked the inner courtyard and the ceilings were amazing! I woudl highly recommend the place.

Charming bed and breakfast run by a delightful family! The warm hospitality, cozy rooms, and savory and sweet breakfast made our stay truly memorable. You can tell Said and Nora make their best effort to accommodate their guests. It felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return whenever we're in the city again!

We loved the location and the staff! Zakaria was so helpful and accommodating. We had day trips leaving early and he ensured we had packed breakfast, he walked with me to the bank to show me the way and made wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. The riad was beautiful!

The hotel’s interior design was incredible! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived in the middle of summer and was happy to see an AC. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, please note it’s on 4th floor and there is no elevator. I’m out of shape but managed fine. The staff was engaging and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. We booked a couple of private day tours thru Hamzah the manager and he ended up taking us on one of them. He showed us so many interesting places, i.e., Berber cave dwellings, monkey mountain, etc. He was incredibly helpful and his ties to the community allowed us to have the best, most authentic experience possible.
