We really enjoyed the time we spent in Cantinho da Luz. The room was even better than in the pictures, had a big bathroom, and was very clean. The room was also very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden where we had our breakfast. The hosts, Joaquim and Rosa, are two of the nicest people we have ever met! They are very genuine and always ready to help with any questions you might have. We will definitely stay in Cantinho da Luz next time we travel to São Miguel.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment for the whole family or larger group. Having a rental car the location was excellent to reach any place of interest on the island. There is also a bus stop across the main road but we have never used it. Great communication with the owner through the Whatsup. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Perfect location to explore the island. The bedrooms are comfortable and the appartment is big with all sorts of appliences in the kitchen. Their is parking in front of the house, towels are provided, the pool is clean and the owners are super friendly. What not to love, I had a very pleasant stay!

We especially enjoyed the tasty fruits we picked ourselves from the garden. The complex is located in a quiet village in the middle of the island, but close to all the main hikes/attractions/lakes. The location is great, just minutes to Ribeira Grande, restaurants and the beach. The rooms were much larger than we expected. They are, in fact, small apartments equipped with all needed for your stay. Our host, Manuel, was amazing. He made us feel at home, showed us around and was very involved and responsive whenever we needed him. We liked the cats, the greenery, the space, the decor...everything! Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island!
