The Ceuta Terrace Suites exceeded any expectations we had by far. On arrival we were greeted very warmly by Teresa who immediately made us feel very welcome and took her time to give us a tour of our room, the terrace and the breakfast area. The room was fantastic, every part of it spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were large, warm and very comfortable, the bedding cosy. We were here with our 2 year old son and the team had prepared a separate small bed with child size duvet and pillow for him, which was unexpected and a wonderful surprise for him. The room had a coffee machine and mini fridge with complimentary coffees, teas and a bottle of water. The bathroom had quality shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc. The next morning we arrived for breakfast at a time prearranged the day before, this meant the room wasn’t overcrowded and gave us a relaxed start to the day. The staff we met for breakfast were again incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, showing us where everything was and offering freshly cooked eggs and coffees. It was a self serve buffet and the food and drinks were constantly topped up, croissants still warm, juice freshly pressed. Everyone who works here clearly enjoys working here and it’s easy to see why. The owner (who is also present and working alongside her team) has created not only a wonderful environment for her guests, but also a very positive and warm environment for her employees. This joy passes down to the guests ensuring they are fully catered for on their visit. They take the time to get to know you, we had wonderful conversations, advice on getting around and what to do while in Porto. We never felt that they were rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with our stay. The room and food were incredible, but what stood out for us was the experience the team gave us, this was beyond any hospitality we’ve ever received and made it truly memorable for us.

모든 관광지가도보 이동 가능 숙소가 매우 청결하고 화장실 욕실 컨디션이 매우만족스러움 침실이 아늑하고 편안함..주변 소음이 있긴 하나 불편한 정도는 아님 호스트부부가 매우 친절하고 유쾌함.체크아웃 후 편하게 무료로 짐을 맡길 수 있었음 영어로 소통이 가능함 비밀번호로 현관과 방문을 출입하게 되어 있어 편리하고 매우 안전하게 느껴짐 욕실과 세면대 모두 수압이 세고 화장실이 별도로 또 있어서 편리했음

한국인 후기 없어서 고민했는데 대박 추천이요 직원분도 완전 스윗하고 착하세요 체크인할때 웰컴와인이랑 간식도 주시고 저흰 아침에 왔는데 그냥 케이크랑 식사 먹으라고 했어요 욕조가 있어서 좋았음
