What an amazing experience. We came through to Kimberley for a family trip. We had to move our dates around and asked for an early check-in. Lawn contacted us on the day, to keep us apprised of the their progress with our room. Even though we arrived at about 10 am, we were able to put our bags in the room and freshen up for a busy day. The room was amazing. Spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Lawn and Fiela were amazing and went above and beyond for us. The rate included breakfast the next morning. And what a spread it was. This is value for money. We felt completely safe and secure. It was quiet, warm and the garden and surrounding area was immaculate. When we return to Kimberley, we will definately stay at Jungnickel again.
