Although he doesn't speak much English he sent a list by WhatsApp of recommended restaurants, places of interest, etc And used Google translate frequently. Large comfortable warm room with clean ensuite. Lots of extra toiletries, hair-dryer etc. It is an easy 20 min downhill walk to the town center. And Fabien was only too willing to come and give us a lift (ride) back after dinner. Enjoyed our moments of 80's in-car karaoke!

The host (Angelo) was very attentive and helpful and always willing to make an extra effort. He even drove us downtown for a late dinner. Pick-up at the airport worked out perfectly. She let us leave our bags and hang out while we waited for a bus. She was so understanding and lovely!! All the staff were. Also there is a little cat that made our trip :)) Also felt very safe.

We only stayed for one night but totally enjoyed our stay! Pedro was so nice and organized a taxi from the airport for us, so we didn't have to worry about that at arrival late in the evening. He also gave us a ride to the citycentre with our luggage the next morning. Breakfast was perfect, the room clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. We can recommend La Casa Guesthouse without hesitation and would stay here again for sure.
