The stunning views of the mountains, a lake and a llama add to the vibe. But, what really stands out is the hospitality of Carlos and his wife. It has all the essence of a family owned and run boutique. Carlos spent over 3 hours, during our time there, helping us plan our activities in great detail across the park. As a bonus, do check out the stunning pictures he has shot of the region for the last 20 years.

Fabian was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although he doesn't speak much English he sent a list by WhatsApp of recommended restaurants, places of interest, etc And used Google translate frequently. Large comfortable warm room with clean ensuite. Lots of extra toiletries, hair-dryer etc. It is an easy 20 min downhill walk to the town center. And Fabien was only too willing to come and give us a lift (ride) back after dinner. Enjoyed our moments of 80's in-car karaoke!

The breakfast was really good and the lady who prepped the breakfast and the rooms was super nice and friendly! It is located on the main street of Puerto Natales easily walkable to everything and not too far from the bus station so you can go into Torres del Paine very easily. The staff that worked here is super friendly and nice.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a quiet and peaceful one. The place - quite simple - was near the airport (my choice) and away from the city. The host (Angelo) was very attentive and helpful and always willing to make an extra effort. He even drove us downtown for a late dinner. Pick-up at the airport worked out perfectly. Breakfast was very good.

Hostal América adalah sebuah bangunan bergaya Mediterania yang baru, terletak di Puerto Natales dan dikelola oleh pemiliknya. The owner was amazing! She was so kind, welcoming, and gracious. She let us leave our bags and hang out while we waited for a bus. She was so understanding and lovely!! All the staff were. Also there is a little cat that made our trip :)) Also felt very safe.

Hostal Fernando de Magalhaes menawarkan akomodasi di distrik Cerro de la Cruz di Punta Arenas. Semua kamar dilengkapi dengan TV kabel layar datar. Lovely staff went out of thier way to make a very late check in manageable and the breakfast was excellent.

Pedro was so nice and organized a taxi from the airport for us, so we didn't have to worry about that at arrival late in the evening. He also gave us a ride to the citycentre with our luggage the next morning. Breakfast was perfect, the room clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. We can recommend La Casa Guesthouse without hesitation and would stay here again for sure.
