My favourite thing is there’s a box with supplies left over from previous hikers that you can take for free. Highly recommended.

We were treated as friends, not clients and felt right at home. The room was comfy, the kitchen really useful and well stocked. It's outside the town centre but we'd stay here again whenever we visit.

The breakfast was really good and the lady who prepped the breakfast and the rooms was super nice and friendly! It is located on the main street of Puerto Natales easily walkable to everything and not too far from the bus station so you can go into Torres del Paine very easily. The staff that worked here is super friendly and nice.

We only stayed for one night but totally enjoyed our stay! Pedro was so nice and organized a taxi from the airport for us, so we didn't have to worry about that at arrival late in the evening. He also gave us a ride to the citycentre with our luggage the next morning. Breakfast was perfect, the room clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. We can recommend La Casa Guesthouse without hesitation and would stay here again for sure.
