We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the town, with nice views of mountains. House is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendations about the local attractions and place to visit.

Hostal B&B Coastal Natales is gelegen in Puerto Natales, op minder dan 1 km van Maria Auxiliadora Church en 29 km van Cueva del Milodon. Brilliant place to stay. Very affordable and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is great and is enjoyable to start the day. My favourite thing is there’s a box with supplies left over from previous hikers that you can take for free. Highly recommended.

We were treated as friends, not clients and felt right at home. The room was comfy, the kitchen really useful and well stocked. It's outside the town centre but we'd stay here again whenever we visit.

The owner was so lovely. She gave my husband and I a warm welcome despite our late night arrival at 11pm. She even came back at 7am to prepare breakfast (original timing was 8-10am) upon knowing that we were leaving early. Breakfast was extra hearty and delicious because the owner added kindness and love to it. Totally recommend this place for anyone visiting VOH.
