Our hostess, Kira, was wonderful. There was always fresh fruit available and a lovely cozy living room with a fireplace. I would have liked to stay there for a longer time.

Our second floor room was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and elegant with a nice southern views of some of the beautiful homes in the area and hills in the distance. Natali and Tony were great hosts with much information to share about Ballater. Great walks and hikes right out of the front door. I especially liked the hike to the summit above Ballater called Craigendarroch. The “outside” pic is from the summit of this hike. The walk along the River Dee is quite enjoyable also. Fantastic breakfast! Natali shines in this regard in spite of me seeing Tony wearing an apron one morning. 😁 The “lobby” picture is one of the dining room tables set for breakfast. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful room and perfect hospitality. Great location and nature. Breakfast is fabulous. Best value for your money! Highly recommended.

Set in Braemar and only 20 km from Balmoral Castle, Cranford Guest House offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This was without a doubt the nicest B&B I've ever stayed at. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We had a double room with a giant and soft bed and a great view. Starting points of several hikes were very nearby. Breakfast was very good and everything was perfectly clean.

Located just 21 km from Elgin Cathedral, Craigellachie Lodge provides accommodation in Craigellachie with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage storage space. The lodge is very conveniently located just when entering town. The host were super friendly and always interested to making feel at home. The room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, being spoiled with nice local breakfast foods (e.g. full English, egg omelettes etc.). All in all just a great stay!
