I needed a break from the heatwave and campgrounds and I got lucky with this stop. Easy check-in, friendly reception. The room(s) are just as nice as you would find at a fancy hotel, with great rates. Gracious host with fantastic people skills, and a tour of their wine cellar (and cold beer) to complete stay. If you're on a bicycle (or other), you need to stop here! I'm sure there are always those people that can nitpick about any stay but honestly you're not going to do better for a good night's rest.

It has wonderful view from the room to the river and from the terrace of the restaurant. The breakfast was fine and the kitchen for lunch and dinner is perfect. The room size is huge for 3 of us.
